Hi, I’m Abby, the person behind Bega Valley Pets.
After realising that pet care was difficult to find in the Bega Valley, I decided to take my passion and experience for animal care and start Bega Valley Pets.
Throughout my adult life I have lived on multiple farms, always surrounded by animals! Recently I have been spending time volunteering at a local homestead in order to learn more about caring for cows, horses, chickens, goats and sheep!
Since starting Bega Valley Pets I have cared for animals of all shapes and sizes including horses, cats, chickens, small dogs, large dogs, cows and more!
I am animal first aid qualified and police checked.
I am located in Candelo and am mostly available to take on weekend visits or morning/evening visits around Candelo. Our sitter Hayley offers weekday and weekend availability across the Bega Valley as well as live in pet sitting. Between the two of us we can definitely help to meet your pet care needs!

Hello! My name is Hayley,
I have been working in the animal care industry for about 5 years now, I have been trained in first aid for domestic and native animals. I am an experienced carer for snakes, lizards, geckos, cats, dogs, rodents, fish, parrots, cockatoos, rabbits, horses, goats, sheep, chickens, ducks, koalas, wombats and more!
For the past few years I have dedicated myself to learning and caring for exotic animals and have a few myself! Such as my 3 metre carpet python and hahns macaw!
I have the experience and knowledge to give your pets the best care while you are away and promise to put your mind at ease knowing your pets will be well cared for!
I am located in Pambula Beach but am happy to travel across the Bega Valley. I am available through the week, on weekends and also offer a live in pet sitting service!
